Mustafa DAKIN, founding and managing partner of the Firm, had served at the Ministry of Finance for 19 years in different positions. He worked as a tax inspector for 11 years and carried out many audits of large taxpayers mostly in industrial production, banking, and medical sectors. He held office as the deputy and Head of Istanbul Tax Office positions for six years. In March 2016, Dakın has started his practice in private sector under DKN Consultancy.. He attended many panels and conferences as speaker and authored several articles on tax issues and transfer pricing. He has extensive knowledge and experience on all kind of taxation matters including tax litigation, transfer pricing, taxation of corporate restructuring transactions and other taxation procedures. Mustafa Dakın achieved his master’s degree from Boston University on financial economics in 2009. He graduated from Ankara University, School of Political Sciences in 1995. Currently he attends PhD program on Accounting and Audit at Istanbul Ticaret University.
